What you'll do

• Support MIETrak ERP accounts, security roles, and first-line issues
• assist with upgrades and vendor support
• support enterprise software rollouts, user provisioning, permissions, documentation, and training
• administer Zoho and other applications
• manage onboarding and offboarding accounts and equipment
• follow backup, patching, and access-control procedures
• troubleshoot networked production equipment and shop-floor systems
• maintain network hardware and asset inventory
• provide user support
• resolve or escalate ServiceNow tickets within SLA
• coordinate incidents and document downtime and procedures.
