What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
• Supports residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
• Follows infection prevention and control policies.
