• provide work instructions, documentation, tools, and materials
• verify employee training
• coordinate product movement
• oversee setup and changeovers and confirm lockout/tagout audits
• complete safety observations and audits
• manage quality complaints
• support continuous improvement
• plan workloads
• review timecards
• provide performance feedback.
