Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish
• coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and on-site foremen
• order materials and approve purchase orders
• monitor job-site safety and quality
• train, coach, recruit, and onboard team members
• conduct performance reviews
• align estimates with financial expectations
• collect outstanding receivables
• update customers and resolve complaints
• communicate with insurance carriers and property owners
• provide weekly project updates
• participate in weekly manager on-call rotations.
