What you'll do

• Serve residents and prospects
• complete lease applications and assist with verification
• communicate application results
• maintain a professional office environment
• inspect tour paths, amenities, model units, and the community
• support leasing, marketing, and sales efforts
• use social media and convert calls and appointments into leases.
