• Execute and document nonconformance investigations
• develop investigation strategies with multidisciplinary teams
• prepare technical reports and investigation plans
• apply root cause analysis tools
• coordinate scientific and technical input
• support mitigation and CAPA implementation
• define effectiveness-check criteria
• participate in CAPA review boards and continuous improvement
• coach others on nonconformance and CAPA processes
• travel occasionally.
