What you'll do

• Assess and identify health problems
• initiate medical records and special-needs requests
• respond to medical issues and emergencies
• administer prescribed treatments and medications
• prepare equipment, records, and rooms for examinations
• maintain IVs as needed
• meet with the Health Services Administrator to review services
• may serve as charge nurse or acting supervisor in the HSA’s absence
• educate patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention
• follow facility security procedures.
