What you'll do

• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and employee relations
• advise managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle
• support engagement, talent development, retention, staffing, performance management, and organizational development
• assist recruitment and talent pipelines
• coach managers
• support workplace changes and annual HR processes
• assist with labor relations, investigations, grievances, and workplace agreements
• help ensure compliance
• maintain confidential records
• identify process improvements.
