What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
• oversee resident applications and lease decisions
• address resident concerns and support retention
• prepare budgets and financial reports
• monitor income, expenses, and operating performance
• inspect common areas, vacant units, and amenities
• oversee property upkeep and safety
• support inventory and vendor contract management
• develop marketing strategies and community outreach
• report occupancy, financials, and other metrics to regional leaders and owners.
