The Transporter role is onsite in Nashville, TN, at Harpeth Primary Assessment Center. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. The center provides trauma-informed assessment and support for girls ages 10 to 17. The transporter supports the center’s care program by moving youth safely to and from the program and other activities. The role also maintains vehicles, follows routes and safety procedures, supervises youth during transport, and communicates incidents or vehicle concerns to staff.

What you'll do

• Provide scheduled transportation for youth to and from the program and other activities
• help develop and maintain pickup and delivery routes
• operate vans and other vehicles safely
• inspect, clean, and perform basic operator-level vehicle maintenance
• complete safety checklists before and after use
• supervise youth during transport
• report unsafe vehicle issues or incidents immediately
• maintain contact with program staff without using a phone while driving.
