The Machine Operator — Packaging, 3rd Shift role is onsite in Van Buren, AR. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Pepper Source manufactures custom sauces, seasonings, and dry coating systems for poultry, frozen food, meat, and food service customers. The operator tends packaging equipment and monitors production to ensure products meet packaging specifications. By feeding product, loading supplies, making minor adjustments, and reporting malfunctions, the role supports safe, consistent production and quality.

What you'll do

• Start and monitor packaging machinery
• stop equipment and report malfunctions
• make minor adjustments or repairs
• inspect filled packs against specifications
• feed product to conveyors
• mount supplies such as film
• follow safety procedures and production instructions
• complete assigned duties.

Why this role

Third-shift schedule: Sunday 10:00 PM–6:30 AM and Monday–Thursday 10:30 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime may be required based on production needs. High school diploma or GED and mechanical experience or understanding required.
