• Support a positive and respectful classroom

• follow IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• support curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
