What you'll do

• Respond to end-user support requests
• troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, telephone, and connectivity issues
• install and support computers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• assist with accounts and applications
• document tickets
• deploy equipment and perform software maintenance
• support Microsoft 365, telecommunications, inventory, infrastructure tasks, upgrades, and projects
• work with vendors and staff to resolve issues
• travel between locations as needed
• participate in after-hours support when requested.
