The associate represents clients in commercial real estate finance and investment matters, including loan originations, distressed-loan workouts, and commercial property purchases and sales, contributing legal analysis and transaction support to complex matters.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate finance matters, including originating mortgage loans and other structured debt for lenders, working out distressed commercial real estate loans, and purchasing and selling commercial property
• draft and negotiate documents and provide analytical support.
