The Senior Estimator (Interiors Contractor) role is an onsite position based in Elmhurst, IL. This role exists to manage the pre-construction and estimation phase of commercial interior projects. The Estimator will analyze plans and specifications, develop accurate budgets, and collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure project success from inception through completion.

What you'll do

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction projects.
• Evaluate offers to purchase based on site requirements and costing changes.
• Resolve cost differences through data analysis.
• Present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develop bids and coordinate with architects and clients.
