What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction for assigned applications and technology solutions
• analyze requirements and recommend technology solutions
• lead complex projects, enhancements, conversions, production issues, and application support
• serve as a subject matter expert on application functionality, requirements, specifications, testing, compliance, and regulatory initiatives
• manage client relationships and coordinate stakeholders
• manage application dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions
• recommend designs, process improvements, policies, and technologies
• report project status to senior management
• mentor team members
• ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, audit, and internal-control standards
• lead initiatives through the software development life cycle
• support requirements, design, testing, implementation, and production activities.
