What you'll do

• Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations.
• Provides in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
• Provides technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Accountable for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes.
• Recommends equipment, new concepts, and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.

Experience

Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. Senior Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear) with 5 years of nuclear experience or related engineering experience.
