What you'll do

• Conduct client intake and eligibility screening
• coordinate with local agency caseworkers
• develop, supervise, and monitor case plans
• maintain client records and case notes
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• support a safe shelter environment
• assist with outcomes measurement and program modifications
• provide community tours and presentations
• guide interns and volunteers.
