What you'll do

• Develop and execute business plans for sales, profit, share, and trade-efficiency targets
• lead activities toward household penetration, conversion, and sales targets
• develop in-store and online assortment strategy with sales planning and Kroger buying teams
• use 84.51 and Circana data to inform strategy
• maintain alignment with Kroger category management
• manage end-to-end P&L for Litter and Brita
• coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• develop selling strategies from data and insights.
