What you'll do

• Engage hospital and office administrators on coding and payer coverage
• educate customers on reimbursement, payment, and coding
• build relationships with national and regional stakeholders
• manage patient access HUB case submissions in the assigned geography
• develop implementation plans for managed-care customers
• resolve reimbursement questions and explain billing, prior authorization, and denial-resolution steps
• lead reimbursement business reviews and share customer insights with corporate teams.
