Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite at The Container Store’s distribution center in Aberdeen, MD. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. The distribution center supports the retailer’s stores and online business by moving products to customers. The role helps keep distribution operations flowing by receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Associates may work in e-commerce fulfillment, store replenishment, or inbound and receiving, with assignments varying by department.

What you'll do

• Receive, unload, sort, count, and inspect incoming merchandise
• pick and pack online orders or store replenishment inventory
• use voice-picking technology and warehouse equipment
• prepare merchandise for shipment
• maintain quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy
• follow standardized work and safety procedures
• support departments throughout the distribution center.
