What you'll do

• Build partnerships with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
• identify referral sources through networking, calls, drop-ins, and industry connections
• maintain CRM activity and pipeline records
• develop territory sales strategies and pursue targets
• represent the organization at professional events
• communicate TMS and Spravato program benefits
• conduct market and competitive research
• coordinate with clinical, leadership, and marketing teams
• travel throughout the assigned territory and beyond when necessary.
