Certification Specialist — Regency Park

The Certification Specialist works onsite in Coatesville, PA, Monday through Friday, at $30.00–$32.00 per hour. It also supports onsite staff and training related to affordable housing requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for tax-credit properties and weekly occupancy reports for properties and owners.
• Review recertification move-in packages, prepare training handouts, monitor annual recertifications, advise regional managers of potential issues, and correspond with owners and agencies.
• Site visits may be required to assist onsite staff with occupancy and file compliance.
