Automotive Center Manager

What you'll do

• Welcome customers, explain services and pricing, keep customers informed, review service tickets, and resolve complaints and damage claims. Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees
• prepare payroll and maintain employee files. Oversee service-bay execution, sales and inventory reporting, cash and card handling, point-of-sale systems, deposits, closeout, paperwork, inventory, site cleanliness, safety, equipment, and supplies. Solicit fleet accounts, plan local marketing, participate in community activities, and maintain required records and postings.
