The Registered Nurse — Charge Nurse role is onsite in Fergus Falls, MN, on a part-time, every-other-weekend day schedule. Pay is $36.00–$43.20 per hour, with stated differentials for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. The nurse works in cooperation with the LB Broen Home Director of Nursing to coordinate resident care and services. The charge nurse serves as the person in charge while on duty, provides clinical leadership, and supports staff in delivering care according to resident assessments and care plans. The role includes responding to emergencies, supervising and evaluating staff, completing clinical assessments and documentation, and supporting safety, infection control, and regulatory reporting.
