Member Support Coordinator

What you'll do

• Greet members in person and by phone
• determine needs and direct requests
• provide general information about services, benefits, and account balances
• organize and distribute mail
• log overnight mail and packages
• maintain Loan Department supplies
• perform clerical and administrative duties.
