Preventive Maintenance Technician — 3rd Shift

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment, building systems, tools, and grounds equipment
• inspect systems and identify wear, damage, leaks, and safety concerns
• troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility issues
• complete routine maintenance and records
• assist with repairs and contractors
• maintain supplies and grounds
• remove snow and ice
• operate facility cleaning and grounds equipment safely
• follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
