Licensed Intervention Specialist, Special Education

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver individual, small-group, and classroom instruction
• support IEP goals and provisions
• develop and monitor behavior plans
• assist with interventions for students not identified for special education
• write and update IEPs and progress reports
• organize IEP and evaluation team meetings
• maintain special education files and required reporting
• coordinate with teachers, families, the principal, speech and language staff, and psychologists
• facilitate testing accommodations.
