What you'll do

• Generate new business within the territory
• build knowledge of industry trends, products, services, and broker practices
• analyze and implement solutions tailored to client needs
• monitor competitors
• ensure accurate and timely client services
• conduct client meetings during implementation
• analyze data and provide strategic guidance
• prepare executive summaries
• use Salesforce or other CRM tools to track activity
• meet sales quotas
• complete sales paperwork and reports
• train and coach team members
• travel domestically for meetings, client visits, events, conferences, and training.
