What you'll do

• Prepare four-week menus and cook meals
• ensure meal plans meet nutritional requirements and account for dietary and religious restrictions
• present food appealingly
• monitor food temperatures
• receive, inspect, and store food and kitchen supplies
• monitor donations and storage conditions
• follow health, safety, and fire regulations, including first-in/first-out storage practices.
