What you'll do

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Conduct unit turns in a timely manner including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors.
• Report to Property Manager, Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent for all delegated tasks.
