The Senior Health & Safety Specialist is an onsite position in Briggsdale, Colorado, with annual compensation of $98,000–$122,700. Summit Midstream develops, owns, and operates natural gas, crude oil, and produced-water gathering and transmission infrastructure. The role helps develop and implement health and safety programs that meet regulatory and company requirements. Through field support, training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations, the specialist helps operations teams maintain safe and compliant work practices.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures
• serve as a safety resource for an assigned area
• analyze and report health and safety data
• conduct emergency drills, field inspections, and training
• coordinate audits and agency inspections
• investigate incidents and develop corrective actions
• support job hazard analyses
• lead safety meetings
• and mentor less experienced specialists. Regular travel within the Niobrara-DJ Basin assets may reach 50% based on business needs.
