What you'll do

• Contact residents and collect rent payments
• handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to balance and payment inquiries
• document resident interactions and account activity
• monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on balances
• file evictions when required and attend court hearings as needed
• visit communities to train with teams
• collaborate with onsite teams to resolve discrepancies and concerns
• comply with Fair Housing laws and company procedures
• track collection performance.
