What you'll do
- Handle inbound calls from Lowe’s, Home Depot, sales representatives, and distributors
- process special orders and resolve discrepancies
- respond to store inquiries about products, installation, pricing, ordering, and distributor contacts
- answer store emails
- manage multiple projects
- direct non-stock returns to distributors
- follow up on orders
- educate stores about products
- escalate high-level issues to Retail Leadership.
