In-Home Caregiver

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned
• support mobility and transfers only as authorized and trained
• prepare meals and provide hydration support
• perform approved light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders within the authorized non-medical care plan
• document care and observations
• report changes in condition, incidents, and safety concerns
• follow client-specific care plans and safety requirements.
