Chief Operating Officer — Medical Device Operations

The Chief Operating Officer role is onsite five days per week in Martinez, CA. The expected salary range is $180,295–$225,856 per year. What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing, supply chain, and quality operations
• establish and maintain a QMS compliant with FDA, ISO 13485, and global requirements
• execute the operational roadmap with executive leadership
• scale operations
• oversee vendors and supply chain
• lead regulatory inspection readiness and agency interactions
• build cross-functional teams
• implement operational KPIs
• support product development and commercialization.
