Experienced Install Coordinator

The Experienced Install Coordinator role is onsite in Renton, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $28–$32 per hour. As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is growing its team and the coordinator supports the Install Manager and installation projects. The coordinator organizes project schedules, permits, inspections, resources, and customer communications from project kickoff through completion. The role supports efficient installation operations by coordinating with project managers, local authorities, vendors, and customers and tracking departmental performance and job costs.

What you'll do

• Serve as a customer contact from project kickoff to completion
• create and adjust project timelines
• keep permits current and inspections on track
• coordinate materials, equipment, and crews
• support invoices, rebates, registrations, inventory, and financial reporting
• handle dispatching and permit submissions
• coordinate permit applications and inspector meetings
• track daily KPIs
• prepare job-costing and vendor reports
• communicate by phone, email, and mail.
