• manage complex and chronic conditions, including diabetes and hypertension
• provide clinical oversight, consultation, and supervision to mid-level providers and assigned interns
• participate in on-call coverage, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary care coordination
• maintain medical documentation and comply with HIPAA and professional standards
• maintain licensure, board certification requirements, and continuing medical education.
