What you'll do

• Maintain document master lists, identifiers, revision status, effective dates, and distribution
• process controlled documents and quality records
• identify and archive obsolete revisions
• verify completeness, approvals, and traceability before release
• coordinate changes with document owners
• support ISO 9001 documentation and audits
• communicate released revisions
• identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
