ABA Therapy Operations Manager — Remote

What you'll do

• Oversee staffing and scheduling, including matching behavior technicians with clients and addressing coverage gaps
• supervise intake from inquiry through service launch
• oversee benefit verification, authorizations, and document collection
• oversee billing and claims follow-up
• monitor operational KPIs
• develop and enforce SOPs and workflows
• coordinate clinical, administrative, and billing functions
• mentor team members.
