Provides clinical nutrition and meal plans in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care. Provide Nutrition assessments to all patients and accurately and thoroughly document nutritional assessment and patient issues using appropriate clinical terminology. Perform individual and group nutrition therapy. Provide meal plan/guide outlines and work with patients t
