What you'll do

• Maintain separate company books in QuickBooks
• manage monthly closes and close schedules
• reconcile balance sheets and subledgers
• oversee vendor payment controls, employee benefit entries, intercompany transactions, and bank reconciliations
• manage revenue recognition, cash-flow forecasts, budgets, payroll, insurance, banking relationships, fixed assets, sales and use tax returns, 1099 processing, and the 401(k) audit
• provide schedules to auditors and tax preparers.
