Hospice Program Director (RN)

What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services
• supervise and guide clinical staff
• perform chart audits
• gather data for and participate in QAPI activities
• evaluate staff performance and provide teaching and counseling
• review intake screening forms to assess patient needs and home-care appropriateness
• oversee clinical records and compliance with laws and ACHC standards
• orient new staff and provide in-services
• see patients at home as needed
• participate in audits and IDG meetings
• maintain appropriate medical supplies
• ensure clinical staff follow Medicare, state, and ACHC requirements.
