What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests under company and facility policies
• protect confidential information and apply medical privacy requirements
• manage, assemble, and check patient records
• prepare charts and create digital images for electronic medical records
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• and meet site productivity expectations. The role may also assist with patient walk-ins, administrative tasks, and pickup scheduling.
