What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, and food-safety guidelines
• use grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sautéing techniques
• monitor temperatures, cooking times, and ingredient quantities
• help develop menu items and specials
• maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen
• assist with inventory and ingredient storage
• coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• support plating, garnishing, and dishwashing as needed.
