What you'll do

• Lead strategy, clinical operations, safety and quality, and patient experience for women’s health programs in the Charlotte Region
• share responsibility for market safety, quality, patient experience, financial vitality, growth, and strategy with an administrative dyad partner
• lead 165 providers across 38 clinic locations and collaborate with market leadership and administration at six regional hospitals
• coordinate with the Cancer Institute counterpart on gynecologic oncology and breast services
• maintain active medical staff status in the Charlotte Region.
