What you'll do

• Responsible for coordinating the delivery of clinical patient care.
• Collaborates with the Director of Respiratory Therapy in planning, organizing and delivery of services.
• Participates in monitoring the quality of care being provided and takes appropriate measures to assure the provision of high quality care.
• Financial responsibility to include collaboration in preparation of the budgets and effective utilization of resources.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication in order to communicate in a clear, concise manner with staff, employees, patients, public and physicians.
• Knowledge of respiratory principles and procedures.
• Implements and coordinates Respiratory Care to patients based on cardiopulmonary assessment.
• Models the behaviors outlined in the Values and Standards including Constant Courtesy, Patient Satisfaction, Teamwork & Respect, Professionalism and Personal Responsibility with all customers, peers and leadership at all times.
