What you'll do

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
• conduct daily sales meetings and ongoing training
• use CRM tools to monitor performance and accountability
• oversee sales from lead management through vehicle delivery
• work with customers to close deals and resolve concerns
• drive customer satisfaction and CSI performance
• coach and mentor sales consultants
• ensure policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed
• collaborate with other departments.
