What you'll do

• Onboard new customers

• assess client use cases and configure systems
• facilitate user acceptance testing
• test and troubleshoot setups before launch
• deliver product training and ongoing support
• document processes and configurations
• collaborate with Product Management and Technology
• develop repeatable procedures
• partner with Sales on demonstrations, scoping, and proposals.
