Property Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Property Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Gardner, KS, with a stated schedule of 7:45 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, and 40–45 hours per week. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Respond to resident work orders
• perform general repairs in apartments, common areas, and grounds
• complete unit turns and prepare apartments for move-in
• conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• coordinate repairs with vendors and trade partners
• communicate with residents about requests and timelines
• maintain work-order records, supplies, and safe workspaces
• identify recurring issues and support curb appeal.
